- Biometric Data (Local Only): If you enable biometric authentication (fingerprint or face unlock) on the mobile application, the processing is performed entirely by your device's operating system. We do not store or access your biometric credentials on our servers.
- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, and app diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following business purposes:
- To facilitate real-time database synchronization between the mobile app, desktop app, and cloud databases (using Turso / libSQL).
- To generate, manage, and track sales invoices, ledgers, and inventory levels.
- To enable secure salesman login and restrict data visibility based on assigned customers.
- To monitor system performance, troubleshoot bugs, and enforce security policies.
3. Data Synchronization & Storage
Your business data is stored in the following locations to ensure continuous offline operation and secure remote access:
- Local Storage: A secure SQLite database is stored locally on your mobile and desktop devices, permitting full offline utility.
- Cloud Database Sync: When an internet connection is available, local changes sync to our secure cloud database instances managed via Turso / libSQL.
- Backups: Encrypted database backups are routinely generated and managed by Owners via the Cloud Dashboard to prevent data loss.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: With hosting and infrastructure providers (like Turso/libSQL for databases) essential to delivering our services.
- Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Security of Your Data
We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your sensitive business records:
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption for all database synchronization and API traffic.
